Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Coverage & Partner We proudly offer nationwide home delivery across all 64 districts in Bangladesh. All our orders are safely handled and dispatched via Pathao Courier.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines Because our items are handmade, please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the courier. Once dispatched, standard delivery times are:

Inside Dhaka & Major Metropolitan Cities (Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi): 24 to 72 hours.

Outside Dhaka / Inter-city: 3 to 5 business days.

Note: Deliveries outside Dhaka may take slightly longer if they overlap with a Friday, as some regional courier hubs are closed.
3. Payment Methods We want to make checking out as seamless as possible. We currently accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the delivery agent directly when your package arrives.

bKash (Pre-payment): Send your total amount to 01304262374. Please ensure you include your Order Number or Full Name in the bKash Reference field to help us verify your transaction quickly.
4. Packaging Every single order from Paahar—whether it is a sunflower bag charm or a yellow floral keyring—comes packaged in a cute, gift-ready bag at no extra cost to you. We ensure your items are protected during transit so they arrive perfectly ready for gifting or enjoying.
5. Order Tracking & Support Once your package is registered with Pathao Courier, you will receive SMS updates regarding your delivery status. The Pathao rider will call the phone number provided at checkout before attempting delivery.
